With a proven track record in building sales frameworks and supporting high-performing teams, Derrek is dedicated to driving success through strategic operations.

    Sam Lau is a GTM Enablement practitioner with 13 years of cumulative experience in front-line sales, sales management, and Sales & GTM Enablement. He has successfully scaled sales teams and organizations, partnering with companies from early-stage startups to large publicly traded enterprises. Sam specializes in equipping revenue teams with the strategies, skills, and resources needed to accelerate performance, drive predictable growth, and enhance sales effectiveness. His expertise has not only helped clients achieve their business goals but, in some cases, played a pivotal role in their successful exit strategies.
